"This was our 3rd time to visit Second Wind. Frank and Linda are the sweetest people and make you feel like family. If you want to relax, this is your best bet. The view is the best, anytime of day. If you're ready to get away from it all, slow down and enjoy nature, you won't be disappointed. You never know what kind of goodies Linda is going to bake, but whatever it is, it's delicious!"

"Beautiful waterfront home on the lovely Lake Caddo. Roasted hotdogs and smores with our grandkids and family. Hired the world famous guide Randy Deaver with Caddoprobass.com. Greatest guide, very patient with children/granddaughter as he taught her the art of bass fishing. Very successful trip for our granddaughter caught some really big bass! I would encourage everyone to stay at one of Nick and Jenny's homes on Lake Caddo!"

"This place is off the beaten path and really unique. This place can comfortably sleep 8 people and has plenty of outside deck area. Although we aren't fishers... This is a great place for people who fish. The grandkids loved the loft room and unique steps up to that room. The place was clean and had plenty of linens and beach towels. We had a great time."

There is a cafe with pier you can enjoy a sunset, all within walking distance. The unit is tucked away behind another cabin. Little misleading in photos-thought we would have a large lot. That closeness was not great, but luckily we had quiet neighbors. Some landscape work was needed such as tree limbs trimmed away, grass needed mowing, and trim bushes that...

If your going to the Pines this is your place. We were in town for bass tournament. The neighbor had an extension cord ready for us and urged us to use it for which we did. A very kind helpful man."
