“We checked in to the hotel on 22 December.We were provided a lovely room, which could not be locked. The hotel has a great restaurant, but the complimentary breakfast needs an upgrade with very few options. One point to mention here is that we had booked the hotel in advance and were supposed to pay the full amount during checkout, but we're asked to pay the same day which was a letdown. I would rate the staff service as much better than expected. Overall would recommend it for a short stay.”

“My partner and I stayed at Govind hotel over Christmas and it was one of the highlights of our trip. I booked the hotel after reading great reviews about the owner Jaggi and his son and they did not disappoint. Jaggi is extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming and was even able to hold our room and accommodate for us after we had to cancel a day last minute due to delays in plans. “I had a terrible experience at this property. On arrival the staff did not share wifi password. They mentioned we can only connect one device which was absurd. We asked for bottle waters like 6 times and they said its paid and we agreed to pay but they never provided water throughout the stay. I requested some salt and they ignored it. The staff members were not helpful and were playing some sorta games all the time. I planned this for my parents but it was very bad experience. The area was good……
