“This was the perfect location for checking out the Tri-City area!”

“We loved being able to walk over to campus and visit with our son at ETSU. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time together and we enjoyed being able to cook our food. Our only very small minor suggestion would be a few more comfy chairs in the living area would have been nice, but that’s just a super minor detail.”

“All of us grew up in Burnsville- we enjoyed coming back home 20 years later to experience all the changes Burnsville has undergone. The apartment is exceptional. It would be perfect for anyone visiting Burnsville. The only issue is the elevator. It was unreliable. Taking the stairs was no big deal for us, but if you relied exclusively on the elevator you might run into issues.”

“This little loft was a nice retreat in between many towns that I needed to visit- hickory, Asheville. Spruce pine and green mountain. This place had a wonderful, clean and new feel to it. We thoroughly enjoyed the oasis after long days of running around.”

“The condo was very nice. Great deck with a view of Bristol Speedway. The pictures don't do it justice. They have everything there you would need, plus a lot of extras. Karen was very helpful she answered all of our questions and made everything easier. So much better than a hotel. You're making a big mistake if you don't stay here.”

The whole experience was smooth and top notch. Everyone was so happy and impressed with this spot. It was so close to Asheville, we were able to go into the city for some of the time and explore.
