Room was a little tight for my wheelchair but all in all the room was great. The automatic door entering and exiting the room was a major surprise, every hotel should have this feature in their wheelchair accessible rooms.

This is a great place to stay. Clean rooms, daily housekeeping, and great, friendly staff. Quiet place to stay. Already making plans for another trip back to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and this is the place to stay.

Family trip and we loved our suite in every possible way. The place looked amazing, easy to check in, great view from the balcony. They have everything you need (towels, kitchen utensils, fireplace, etc) I really recommend this place. Will definitely visit again.

It seemed nice but we mostly just showed up slept and kept moving.

We felt bad for the young lady at the front desk on the morning of checkout, she was really getting screamed at by some guests and looked upset. This hotel needs some serious help!

Too many Trumpf supporters. All the gift shops had wall-to-wall Trumpf shirts and a ton of confederate flags hanging in ALL and every gift shop we went to! Hard NOPE to ever going to this place again!
