The apartment is located next to the Kata Night Market. Distance from Kata Beach: 500 meters; Karon Beach: 900 metres; Downstairs there are several tourist shops, ATMs, money changers, car rental shops, massage services, a local seafood market and a 24-hour 711 convenience store.
Dining: Nearby are many international restaurants specializing in Thai, Italian, Japanese, Chinese and Indian cuisine. A music bar can be found.
Sports: Surf clubs, miniature golf, tennis courts, stand-up paddle boarding and parasailing are nearby.
Room description
The room has 1 bedroom and 1 living room, large balcony, kitchen and kitchenware and fridge (for cooking). The master bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 3-4 people. The bathroom is separate from wet and dry, with a bathtub and shower area, 24-hour hot water and Wi-Fi.
Other considerations
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and is not allowed in the rooms.
Daily cleaning, bottled water and paper towels are not included in the room rate, as we try to keep daily rates as low as possible for the benefit of our guests. We only charge 1 cleaning fee to cover the check-out cleaning fee.
If you need cleaning, you can book at least one day in advance for an additional fee.
