"Hotel at old town has a New Orleans feel to it, especially with the live jazz in the bar are. Rooms are refreshing unique in decor, welcoming and Extremely clean. "
"The property was great for our large group of girls and the girls absolutely loved the house! Communication was great and we were provided with anything we could have needed. Great large kitchen to cook for a crowd and plenty of areas to hangout! The only thing to note would be that the upstairs gets quite warm in the summer months as with a lot of historical homes. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!"

"This property was very beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice! The kitchen is well maintained and equipped with what you need. The coffee station was amazing. Plenty of towels, hand soap, and trash bags.We were so busy I really didn’t get a chance to enjoy the neighborhood. Family reunion event. My sister in law relaxed on the front porch. My grands enjoyed the game room. It’s in a great location. Very easy to get around. Nice quiet tree lined streets. "
"Great house! Had an awesome backyard area with lights and fire pit. Very comfortable beds and had a lot of stuff stocked! My wife was worried about her nails and needed some polish remover and they had some in the house. So thankful!!"

"Stayed here for long weekend while in town for a wedding. It was a great place for 7 adults. Well stocked, clean. Plenty of room to just hang out. We loved sitting on big front porch and watching the golfers across the street. Would stay here again."

"This property gave us everything we needed for our family of four!The multiple bed options and availability of a Pack-n-Play made sleeping arrangements very easy.The living room into kitchen area were very spacious, plus the kitchen had all the essentials for a lovely stay and full cooking capabilities, including coffee maker ready to roll!The backyard was very large, and had a small hot tub. The toys and goodies in the garage provided endless entertainment for our little ones.Neighborhood was lovely and very close to Seneca, providing easy access to lots of food options.Overall we had a very enjoyable stay!"

"We absolutely love this home and the host was amazing! We visit Wichita often as our daughter and granddaughters live here and this is the best place we have stayed in Wichita. Do yourself a favor and choose this one! There is an upstairs bedroom that is HUGE!! Washer and dryer on site. A futon that came in handy for one of my granddaughters that is a sleepwalker that we didn’t want upstairs. Absolute best!!"
"We traveled with our 3 grandchildren for our grandson’s basketball tournament. The location was only 15 minutes from the 3 sites for the tournament. The space was just right and the washer and dryer was a definite lifesaver. We definitely enjoyed staying here instead of a hotel. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property! There was more than enough room for our family of 7 and you can’t beat the location. The amenities were very thoughtful and the kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. I’m also a sucker for a good porch swing. Communication with the host before our stay was quick & easy. "We chose this location to be near family and friends. The apartment was clean and comfortable!The check in and out was very convenient. The location was key for our 2 week stay, walking the many rivers trails, being able to walk for dinnner, coffee and even a baseball game!!I was able to use the rooftop grill and the common room for family visits. Thank you so much to our host, we loved using the space and highky recommend this group!I was able to use the grill"
