Absolutely Wonderful !
The condo was exactly as described, everything was clean and well kept, there were plenty of towels, the master shower was awesome, and we never ran out of hot water with all four of us taking showers one after the other. The kitchen had most everything needed including two coffee pots, a toaster oven; the only thing I would add to the kitchen is a few dish clothes and towels (only found one), maybe another pitcher to hold extra Margaritas : ), and a hand mixer; others may never need a mixer but we made dip for chips and ended up using the blender to make it, but that worked fine in the end. The view from the large balcony was amazing! Check in and out was a breeze and the owners gave us a call to make sure everything was good. I never found a place to control the air conditioner but we stayed comfortable the entire time with the exception of me getting a little hot at night (I'm very hot natured though); we slept in the master suite, and family slept in the second bedroom that had an additional stand-alone air unit in it that was great; both bedrooms have balcony access. The garden and pool area are absolutely stunning and there's a small beach area by the water that's beautiful and great for looking for treasure washed ashore. We felt very safe at this complex as well as everywhere we went and everyone was so nice; we would 100% stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

We loved our time at your condo! The accommodations were perfect and provided all that we could’ve needed. The view was spectacular! We loved our time at the pool right by the beach. The parking was safe and secure and was in a quiet neighborhood which was wonderful! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Great location and beautiful view
The condo was very clean. The property itself was very nice and clean. Someone was outside tending to the property all the time. The location is great, walking distance to the beach. We would definitely book here again if visiting Key West.

No hot water in master shower Spare bedroom only has one table lamp, needed a flashlight to find items in our luggage Check in was horrible, 30 plus people trying to get in, no one’s code work. Finally some guest let us in. Master bedroom floors squeak High step in from the patio, trip hazard Lights flickered in kitchen and master bathroom. I feel that this property is not worth the price. I will contest payment until a resolution can be agreed upon !

This is the second time we have stayed in this facility. It never disappoints. The place is exactly as pictured and described. The property owner even called while we were their to check if everything was ok. When we return to Key West next year, this will be the first place we will look to rent again.

Comfortable and Clean
Overall, our stay was nice. The whole condo was well stocked, the beds and the living room were comfortable, and the whole place was clean. The views were very nice from every part of the condo. At check in the lock box number was wrong at the top of our papers. We called the number provided and they gave us the correct information and the rest was a breeze. We found out later, had we looked towards the end of the paperwork, that the number was correct. We found that the second bedroom was always a little warmer than the rest of the condo. We had bikes delivered to the condo, which was the way to travel on the island. We didn't have to find parking and gave us a little exercise :) The property owners were very helpful with all of our questions and we were very pleased with our stay.

We really liked the amenities of the condo. It was very spacious & had a fantastic balcony view. The property grounds were safe & well kept. We were in walking distance of both public beaches. We found it was easier to Uber to town than rent a golf cart. Honestly, probably cheaper too. We also liked it was quieter at this end than closer towards Duval.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay at the end of July. Condo is clean and kitchen is well equipped. Enjoyed the pool and small beach area. This rental is in a great location not far from Duval Street but in a quiet area away from the crowds. Very nice to have covered parking as well. The bed in the master could use a new mattress but still fairly comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location
We had never been to Key West before so we weren't sure where to stay. I primarily picked this place due to its amenities, proximity to beaches, and ocean view. We were not disappointed once we arrived. The host was in prompt communication with us to ensure everything was going well with getting into the property. He also reached out during our stay to check on us. If we are ever in Key West again, we will be staying here.

The rental place was everything that it said it would be. Very nice with new amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. Great location, had a very nice pool, and was very quiet. It was perfect for our family of four. Property owners reached out to make sure everything was good and wanted to help if we needed anything. That was very nice of them.

Beautiful Condo with Great View
The condo was spotless and was spacious for all of us. Beautiful kitchen with all necessities. Great view of ocean and kids loved the pool. Building and area were quiet and great for an intimate family gathering. Security office was helpful too. Easy Uber to Duval street and activities. Would stay there again and again

Very enjoyable time, the pool was well maintained. The unit is nice. I agree with a few other reviewers that there’s no need for the table in the kitchen - it is way too big for the space and makes the kitchen less functional. Perhaps a small 2 person rectangle table against the wall would be good, but no complaints really. That was just an oddity. The place is decorated a bit in 80’s style, it feels somewhat dated inside but we felt that added to the charm.

Very nice property in KW
This property is a very updated property in a somewhat older building. Parking was great, access to beach and pool easy. We had a small self inflicted problem that had nothing to do with the property on a Sunday, and maintenance was there in no time. Security person we met also great.

Loved the view from the balcony. Nice seating in the living area. Covered parking was great. Location was convenient. Lots of good towels—especially beach towels! Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Mattress in smaller bedroom was poor. Sheets didn’t fit the bed. Kitchen needs dishcloths and more paper towels as well as some baking pans. Remove table and chairs in kitchen— not necessary and clutters the kitchen. A nice place but for the price, I expected better.

Key West Getaway
Our family of five stayed at Mike and Lori's condo the week before Christmas. It was exactly as shown in the photos and very clean. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for the week which included plenty of towels. Previously, when visiting Key West, we have always stayed in Truman Annex. After enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean from Mike and Lori's balcony and swimming laps in the full size salt water pool, our family will be traveling back to this wonderful condo.

This was my first time using Vrbo. While I was confused at check-in, the office was a big help in getting me squared away. They walked me through the entire process and were very friendly. We had a few very minor issues with the unit we rented. We called for maintenance and withing 10 minutes, "Jack" showed up and quickly resolved the issue. In fact, we had to call another time and "Jack" again was very prompt and took care of things. Overall, the location and property is very nice.

Great two bedroom penthouse
Great view, quiet location, well-stocked condo. Only thing we didn’t notice was that we needed to bring extra toilet paper. Owners responded relatively quickly to requests. Check in info was a little confusing where it seemed like electronic door lock code was instead of physical keys, but we figured it out with help of security. Definitely would stay here again next trip.

The relaxing trip at Key West Florida!!!
We had a wonderful experience at the penthouse at 1800 Atlantic. The security guard was so helpful when we could not figure how to get in to our building or room. The 2 bedrooms were such a wonderful place to relax. We enjoyed our four day stay.

Anniversary Trip!
Super place! Great quiet location close to airport, close to beach, walkable if you want to downtown and many other places! The condo was clean, and had everything we needed for the week stay! The property was in a great location and the views were fabulous. Check in was a little confusing as I was sent 2 different codes in different emails but once we were able to access the condo we were good to go! The owners of the co do we stayed in were very accommodating. Very easy in and out. Very clean.
If we do visit Keywest in the future we would most definitely stay here again. There is nothing more we could have needed or wanted for a 6 night stay. Very roomy for a family of six adults. Summer Trip to Key West
The condo was easy to find, had off-street parking for 1 car, was clean, and has nice amenities such as the pool and tennis courts, and a nice view of the Ocean. Our main negative would be that it was still a bit away from the downtown area of Key West. To walk it would be tough, especially in the hot summer weather, so we had to either drive (and struggle to find parking) or take an Uber ride into town. The condo was located however very close to two of the main beaches which would have been great, except that unfortunately for us, the beaches were pretty much unusable due to the presence of "Sargassum" which is a very stinky seasonal seaweed that can affect much of Florida and the East Coast (Something, unfortunately, we were not aware of until we got there.) The only other negative of the property was our air conditioner at the condo was not working properly, so we had a couple of warm nights until it got fixed, but the management team did jump on it quickly when we called and got it working again. The decorum in the condo is a bit dated (more around the 90's time period) but still all in all it was in good condition and the kitchen appliances all worked. In summary, we had a nice time. Perhaps in hindsight, we probably would have avoided Florida in the summer if we had known about the sargassum, since you pretty much have to take beaches off the to-do list, but that is just Mother Nature, and certainly not anyone's fault. And of course, Key West offers much more than just going to the beaches... just wish we were a little bit closer to the action.

Nice Place w. a few Minor Issues
We had a great time on our 10-day visit to Key West. Our unit was very comfortable, well-appointed, had a great view, and a really nice pool and ocean view. The only problems we had were with the air conditioning and on-site property management. The air conditioning stopped working overnight our 4th night there. I called the on-site property management first thing when we woke up. Got voicemail and left a message. They never called me back, but when we got back to the condo that night, the A/C was working. Not sure if they came up to fix it or what. 3 days later, it stopped working again. Called on-site Property Management and left a message, again. Again, they did not return my call, ever. After 4 hours of no response, I took a look and figured out that there was a leak in the condensation drain pipe, causing the emergency drip pan to fill up with water, which was causing a float valve switch to kill the A/C. I scooped all the water out of the drip pan, dried it out and the A/C came back on. Glad I'm a bit mechanical because property management never did respond or send up a repair person. Only gave the location a 3-star rating because of the horrible smell of the rotting sargassum/seaweed on the beach this time of year. The smell is probably no issue from Oct to Apr, but it was pretty unbearable for Jun/Jul. The locals are probably used to it, but if you're not local, you'll find it rather repugnant. It was a non-issue once you head west towards downtown. Overall the unit was nice and we had a great vacation. Just disappointing that the property management had such poor customer service, and obviously they need to repair the leak in the condensation drain pipe, because other guests may not be as willing to try to solve the problem on their own - and it will continue to be a problem, due to the leak. And be sure to take a clothespin for your nose.

Hi Jeffrey, We're happy you enjoyed our condo and had a great time on your 10 days stay with us in Key West.. Our goal is to make things a perfect as can be. When something is off the mark we strive to remedy the issue as quickly and seamlessly as possible. We are always looking for ways to improve our guest experience and honestly a little confused about your situation.. Our property manager received your message and send our staff technician to your unit at 10 am on Tuesday morning. He was able to fix the issue right away and we monitored the temperate electronically to make sure the temperature came down. At 4pm it was at 73 degrees. The office assistant then called and spoke to one of your party and told them that we believed the issue was resolved and if there was any further trouble to call our Emergency number right way. Sorry you felt that this was poor customer service. Airconditioning work hard during the Summer months and vital to maintain the cool temperatures we all have become accustom. We were very aware of your situation and thought we had done the best at the time. Not sure what else could have done but we will continue to work toward our goal of excellence.. Beyond our expectations
We were thrilled with the location as it was close to the swim race we were participating in at Smathers Beach. The condo is very spacious and with 5 people it never felt crowded. The view of the pool and ocean are definitely a plus! Would book this place again.

Comfortable and relaxing
Exactly as pictured. The many mirrors give it a “larger than is” feeling. Grounds are well kept and the pool area clean. Rotting seaweed odor (from a recent storm) was a bit overwhelming on the first day but lessened each day. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location close to the beach!

Condo was very clean, had an amazing view from the balcony, and kitchen was well stocked. Pool area was very nice, with plenty of chairs and a great view of the ocean.
