Pool availability misleading
1)It was advertised online that one of the highlights of Seaclusion is the community-exclusive oceanfront pool. Then, in their check-in email they state that all private pools will be opened by April 12th. In neither place did it define what “private” nor “community” pool means. When we phoned them, they were defensive and argued with us, saying that the pool was a community one for the homeowners, therefore, the pool would not open until Memorial Day (when obviously, the rates increase). 2)What a surprise to discover NO BLOW DRYER in the unit. These days, even the cheapest motels have one in every room.3)Upon arrival, maintenance was occurring and on Saturday, the workers left. We then began hearing a loud humming vibrating noise, noticeable in both bedrooms and hallway, until we got closer to the sound of ocean waves. This noise was especially loud when we went to bed and during the night, when other outside sounds were quiet. We phoned the property management company first thing Monday morning. They sent a maintenance staff who called them and said that he too, heard it. He told us they would send someone from the homeowners group to attend it no later than Tuesday. By Wednesday morning, nothing had been done, so we called again. They then sent someone over and by that afternoon, the noise was eliminated. We then had 1 day of quiet before we left.
