The back patios face the parking lot (which was great to look out in the morning!) The unit was clean and exactly as advertised. Policies were clear and not overly complicated. “Super clean. AC took awhile to cool the little place. I notified the travel@evolve.com person that said to use that email to communicate. We left at 12:15 pm Thursday. A severe storm was coming from OK with baseball size hail & tornado warnings. Having a brand new boat & new truck, we opted to leave before the storm hit. I left door unlocked, as instructed. I told that person we were leaving, in case the property manager needed to lock up. ”
