"We were in for a family event for a weekend. We had a very nice stay. The owner might live in the residence most of the time, but she was in a separated upstairs when we were there. Very pleasant. The house is very old and charming. A real relic! Some renovations have been made but some updating needed to be sure. It’s a nice neighborhood and a very large and livable space for a sizable family. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this property while making a short visit to NYC. It is a short walk to the Broad St. Station for the train to Penn Station that gets you into the city. We have 4 kids, ages 4-15, and appreciated the additional space and kitchen that we would not have had in a hotel room. Laundry was also very helpful to have. The apartment is modern and very clean. The parking is in a gated lot and seemed to be very secure. Hans, the owner, was great with communication and generously...

"Friends in all the bedrooms and great conversation locations. Beds comfy, washer & dryer useful and very welcoming overall. Keypad locks sometimes challenging for our simple minds, as was the parking for large vehicles. But I’d stay again and highly recommend"

"Very good property, large and comfortable, but the cleanliness of the kitchen and utensils left a little to be desired. The biggest problem was the noise and mess generated by guests on the upper floor. This really made us lose a few good hours of sleep."

"This apartment was exactly as pictured - a cute place that's clean and spacious for a family of four. It's in a safe part of town, just a few blocks away from a really nice area with lots of restaurants and stores. The check in process was just a bit confusing but the owner was very responsive and helpful. It would have been nice to have instructions for the stay printed out for reference, but the owner did send them at regular intervals in an app that you'll need to download for your stay....

"Open floorplan with a bedroom for each kid (2) and a suit for us parents. Large dinning table, clean rooms and plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen essentials, we didnt have dish towels. Street parking wasn't bad. Black out curtains in the suit were great to sleep in. As mentioned in a previous review, sirens were abundant but didnt wake us."
