Great house. Terrible communication
We were absolutely thrilled with our house when we pulled up outside, the place was clean, well presented and had the right facilities for us as a family of 4. It’s on a quiet estate which suited us very well. However we had issues with communication. We had just got off a 7 hour flight and we couldn’t enter the property as the code didn’t work. We did manage to get in but this was around 45 mins to an hour later. This was incredibly stressful as my two kids were very tired and needed to use the bathroom. I was incredibly stressed and it induced a panic attack (I suffer bad panic attacks) once we got in there was a beep sound which went off every so often. All. Night. And. All. Day. No one answered my messages about this annoyance. I wasn’t pleased when I went to have a shower as most of the towels were stained. I washed them again so I knew they were clean but they were still stained. I asked about this too but again no reply. My husband couldn’t sleep on the bed as he was too heavy for the memory foam (he is a 6ft bodybuilder) so he didn’t sleep well for the full duration. If these issues had been addressed and seen to I would have given a much better review. We had to leave the property early as the beeping got too much and it was stressing everyone out. Again we only received automated messages.
