This condo is perfect for a small group or one family. 1 Bedroom, 2 Full bathrooms, 2nd floor end unit, full kitchen, family room and private furnished balcony all with wonderful ocean views. The condo sleeps 4 on 1 queen bed in the master and 2 bunk beds. Linen service is included with the beds made upon arrival. The condo complex is ocean front and within walking distance to the sound, water sport rentals, and sound front shops and restaurants. You will also enjoy the community pool, community washer and dryer, tennis courts, grass courtyard, charcoal grills, and playground.

Located in North Carolina's beautiful Outer Banks, the Town of Duck is situated on Highway 12, just 10 miles north of Kitty Hawk, between Southern Shores and Corolla. It was fantastic, the condo was so cute, plenty of sleeping room, and any amenities we needed were on site! The town of duck is a beautiful with plenty of places to eat and activities to do. As well as being just a short drive to Kitty Hawk and Nags Head.

Super location with amenities we needed
This place was just about perfect. The bathroom in the bedroom, however, needs the shower rod to be attached to the wall. It kept falling off. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we easily solved the issue for us by using only the hall bath shower. This is such a terrific location that we will choose this place again.

Property seemed a little dated. Unlike other VRBO Properties we’ve stayed at, even the smallest amenities were missing ( small bar of soap /shampoo in bathrooms, dishwasher but no dishwasher pods -extremely basic). Was unaware of the large number of stairs (30) to the 2nd floor.

Good condo
The condo served our needs well. We really are not beach people, we were there to play golf. The weather was not good while we were there so we never even went to the beach, however the beach acess looked like it would be a very easy walk. The bed was quite comfortable. We didn't cook any meals there so I can't comment on the kitchen items. Would stay there again.

Wonderful place
This was a wonderful location. We didn’t walk down to the boardwalk like we expected to so I have no details on that. But the beach was easy access. Due to the one bedroom/bunk beds layout nearly everyone had young children like us. Whole building is quiet by 10 pm but come 7 am you’ll hear everyone on their balcony. Balconies have no privacy and you can look right in on everyone but that didn’t bother us. Had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

It was great. Nice place to stay in duck for a family. Improvements: the keurig coffee machine did not work. And it would be nice if there were a few balcony chairs that were higher .. to enjoy view and not have railing obscure it. All in all though we loved it.

It was wonderful but lots of steps
The only thing the don't tell you is that it's technically on the 3rd floor. I had trouble with my knees and I never thought to ask about steps. That's not their fault but b/c I didn't ask! I've never been to the Outer Banks but I found out that everything in the Outer Banks is built up on stilts for storm surge! Live and learn!

Fall at the beach
This was our first trip to the beach in the fall. I loved it. Slower pace was nice. Condo was very cute and accurately pictured, although there is now a new couch which was comfortable. The view is nice, and I could sit and listen to the ocean for hours. The kitchen is well stocked, and it was nice to have hand soaps and dish soap there, an TP on the holders to start the stay with. Furniture/bed was comfortable. Minor (very minor) complaint…. It would be nice to have a TV that has the apps that guests could sign into their own accounts, like Netflix or Hulu.

The condo was as described. I have never had to rent sheets and towels before. The link for this was easy and I paid 25$ to have them delivered due to the fact that I was arriving after hours. The owner could not have been more prompt and responsive with questions and problems! (I locked myself out) Conveniently located near beach and pool. A/C worked great thank goodness!

The condo was well located and very clean. Furnishings were adequate. I would stay here again. As commentary and not complaints I will say the TV remotes (there were 3 on the coffee table) are difficult to figure out and there were no instructions. Cable was very basic and seemingly the TV was not one where streaming on my own password was available, Duck is a cool beach town but there are periods where traffic is both very heavy and very slow. The beach sand is not conducive to biking, running , or long walks. However, the town is literally a maze of very niice hiking and biking trails.

Nice place by the beach
The condo was nice and clean. Just a short walk to the beach. Would have been better if there were linens and towels, but we made it work and brought them with us. Overall, I'd stay there again.
