"We had a great stay at this hotel. Most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean in all areas and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, the pool, sauna and steam were in good working order. The service at the 24/7 bar was excellent. The location was really good, lots of travel facilities and plenty of local restaurants etc. Beautiful views of the river from the rear of the building. The only downside was no complimentary late check out (most hotels do offer this). However, besides that minor point, would recommend a stay at this hotel for sure. "

"The hotel reception staff are polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from Our room was really nice. Cleaned every day. We booked a Deluxe Suite with kingsize bed. Very spacious. Lovely bathroom. We were on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the Cathedral Would definately recommend staying here "

"A trendy hotel close to the train station. Being close to the station, there is some streetlife, and the almost constant chugging and squealing of trains. Try to get a room that doesn't overlook the main railway lines!"

"The staff are lovely and helpful, they printed out conference papers for me and were always very efficient. Breakfast is a huge spread and worth it. Walk down Severinstraße to the Severinstorburg and you'll find a market, lots of cafes, restaurants and more. Also don't miss the Katzentempel cafe if you are a cat fan. "
