Un hotel muy moderno, agradable y comodo
El hotel tiene unas instalaciones estupendas y la atención del personal es buena. La situacion es buena aunque esta en una calle principal de tráfico en el barrio judío la suite para tres personas es espectacular, de lo mejor que he estado.

Buen hotel y muy buena calidad precio
Hotel nuevo, confortable, perfecto para descansa. Desayuno muy completo y variado. Parada de tranvía justo en la puerta. Una recesiónista Ana habla español perfectamente y es encantadora. Desde recepción te gestionan cualquier tour que quieras realizar.

Hotel nuevo!!!!. Todo en perfecto estado de conservación. Excelente ubicación zona barrio judío. Plaza del Mercado a 3 paradas (tranvia 24) , Barbacana 4 paradas o pequeño paseo. Desayuno muy completo.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a really comfortable stay. Everything was clean and the bed was the most comfortable! They even have a 24 hr sauna. Although it is not near to old town but there is a bus/tram service right in front of the hotel that can take you to the centre of the town. We have a peaceful and lovely stay and the hotel rates were very affordable despite being four stars

Amazing!
Amazing room, we had a balcony and jacuzzi bath tub. We even had views of the castle! Everyone was lovely and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options!

A lovely hotel
We spent four nights at this really nice hotel in the Jewish quarter. It was well placed for seeing the sights and experiencing the culture. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the bar/restaurant which served good food at reasonable prices. It could have a little more atmosphere though. The breakfast each day was fab. Not a huge choice but plenty of freshly cooked food to satisfy the hungry tourist. The continental breakfast and pastries were so fresh. Our room was a little on the small side with very little storage space. The bed was in a very small area so no room for side tables but saying that it was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had a good shower but again had nowhere to put personal items and no decent mirror for makeup. A big bonus was a balcony which gave us some lovely outside space which we loved. A fabulous view over the rooftops of Krakow which we made the most of. All in all we had a great stay despite the little niggles and would definitely return there

Pleasant stay
We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was spotless and the cleaner Julia left our room clean & exactly how we entered it on the first day. The location was ideal not too far a walk from old town but not too close either, really enjoyed this location for the eateries you might have missed if you were more central to old town - Taj (Thai restaurant), Judah Food Market etc. We didn’t require any assistance from staff however I did say before our stay it was for a special birthday hoping that i would be given some help to have something set up in the room prior to arrival (not a massive deal but also couldn’t do it in front of my partner as it wouldn’t be a surprise). I’d definitely stay again. We stayed in room 317 which is a standard room, I’ve attached photos.

Ne parlant ni polonais ni anglais ils ont pris le temps avec Google tran. de traduire et la cuisine a oublié de me préparer le petit-déjeuner en avance l'hôtel m'a offert une attention pour s'excuser je retournerai pour decouvir plus la ville c'est dans cette hôtel que je vais séjourner

Jag tycker att de var väldigt små ytor i bar restaurants och lounge. Även väldigt jobbigt att spårvagnarna går från cirka 05 på morgon precis utanför fönstret vilket inte framgår. Tråkigt när man lägger pengar på ett finare hotell och det inte framgår.
