This is the second time I've stayed this year. Hotel staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are modern, tidy, and well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection, but do with being a bit more varied. However, it was tasty and reliable. Overall another pleasant experience and would recommend.

Modern & tidy rooms, friendly & competent personnel and a very tasty breakfast that was one of the best I ever had - with a good mix of traditional polish dishes and usual ones. The location is good with a tram stop right in front of the entrance. My room was not on this side, so I cannot say whether it was loud with closed windows. Overall, a very good experience

Great location, within walking distance of all major sites. Straddling the old town and the former ghetto. Lovely hotel, has everything you need for a short break. I recommend booking airport transfers directly through the hotel.

Very well located hotel, within the Jewish Quarter and a short tram ride to Old Town. Room and bathroom were very small, but very clean. The entire hotel has a colorful fun vibe! I traveled with another women and felt very safe walking all around the area.

The hotel is very convenient for all areas of interest. Especially for access to Jewish quarter for restaurants. The old town was also in walking distance to the hotel. Hotel offered a reasonable breakfast and having 12.Oclock check out was very helpful.

Everything was fine except we had to change the room key four or five times before they gave us a real key. We enjoyed the location, the staff, the room, the cleaning, the excelent breakfast -- all were fine given the price. Recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at the INX Design Hotel. We found the hotel to be perfect for our needs and a great base to explore all the wonderful spots in Krakow. The surrounding area is filled with great cafes, bars and restaurants and the Old Town is easily walked to about in 20 minutes. Wawel Castle is also around a 10-15 min walk. We found the hotel to offer great value for money and were not bothered by the passing of trams which although could be heard from our room, did not disturb us at all. The hotel has good amenities and although we found the gym to be a little small, it was perfectly serviceable. The only downsides of our stay was that the pillows were a little clumpy and the lighting in the room could be slightly better but these are very minor overall. We will be very happy to stay at the INX next time we visit Krakow.
