"Due to the holiday season, reception closed at 15:00 hours, so check in was thru an envelope. Rooms are very spacious, bed and showers are good, but it is an ancient structure and building, so don’t expect modern rooms or furniture. Staff when available was very helpful. "Room was comfortable, though rather basic and simple (only one chair in room). Optional breakfast, free coffee and tea provided. Easy access by short bus ride from train station and close to historic centre. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great lobby area with plenty of seating. "

Anicca is such an amazing host. There is a kitchen that can be used in the main lobby with coffee machine, tea, and microwave. Terrace has an amazing view from the city. Online check-in was easy and convenient and hotel keys were on the app for easy access to the facility. I would recommend this hotel. "
