Welcome to your perfect getaway! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Ideal for families or groups, the spacious living area features a billiard table for entertainment and relaxation. Enjoy seamless connectivity with WiFi throughout the property. Secure parking available on the property. The backyard boasts a pool and a deck!Hot water and 24/7 electricity included. This home offers the ideal blend of leisure and adventure. Experience the beauty of Barahona in comfort and see what the Perla del Sur is all about.Close to all the major attractions in the South! It is situated off the main road that leads to San Rafael, the beach El Quemaito, Villa Miriam, Los Patos and more.You are free to roam around the gated property except the roof. The backyard has a beautiful tiki area equipped with electricity accessible through the billiard table room.
As you walk in you will see an open layout home living room, dining area and kitchen in the same area. There is a television in the living room and games- Uno, what do you meme, cards and dominos. Please be respectful of the domino table and other belongings in the home.
The billiard table room is prime for family fun. As you continue exploring you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom attached is the second bathroom and the screen for the camera monitors in the closet. Do not touch setup. It was setup this way for your peace of mind while you visit. All rooms have television with Roku setup and air-conditioned.
