“We had a perfect place: security, privacy, cleanliness, and peaceful place to stay while visiting our son and his family. The weather was too cool to use the pool, but it was beautiful. The host (very accommodating) and her family were very nice. The room was perfect with all the amenities to keep us comfortable. The location is perfect with relatively short drives to see anything around the San Deigo area. Simply the best.”

“The carriage house has been built at the back of a residential property. The property is located in a nice neighbourhood that is densifying with add-on suites and small professional offices. It is very centrally located but you do need a vehicle. We always found on-street parking available within a block or two. It takes a little while to learn about the area but there are good coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well as a Whole Foods grocery store. The carriage house itself is very well...

Owner thought of so many extra touches to make a short visit wonderful--(having beach towels, provided snacks to start us off---had suncreen and salt & pepper & more !! “Great location. We used buses to get around and found at age 77 a challenge to walk hills up and esp at end of day. We found bus 84 helpful to come up from Rosecrans to Talbot and Catalinata The place was lovely, well equipped and a great space to be in. We ate most of our meals here and worked very well”

“Place is perfect for a long weekend. Please fix the blinds in the bathroom since they don’t work everyone can see your business. And the shower seals leak water all over the place. Otherwise this place is perfect for your 5 day beach vacation”
