“This small boutique property was nothing short of awesome! Jeremy and Pauline, the owner/hosts, were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. We looked forward to the breakfast of fresh local fruit and pastries that they put together for us daily. Jeremy made us fresh coffee and iced tea. They brought us fresh fruit and water by the pool. “Had a delightful one-night stay at Tiko Lodge SXM a hidden gem away from the resort chaos. The peaceful ambiance, cleanliness, and warm hospitality of the hosts were impressive. The distant yet very close ocean sounds and fresh air created a serene atmosphere. Although I usually opt for big resorts, Tiko Lodge SXM has changed my perspective. I plan to return, hopefully for an extended stay. Only drawback: no TV in the room, hence the four-star rating.~~ Monet”

“Property sits very high up in a nice neighborhood - you’ll be surrounded by nature and it feels as if you are staying in a jungle. We even saw a couple of monkeys nearby. Both our room and common areas were clean & comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”
