“This property worked well with our family group of 10. We had 5 adults; 4 teens and 1 10-year-old. 3 bedrooms for the adults; the media room with flexible futons for the teen girls; and another room with futons for the 2 guys (1 teen and 1 10-yr-old). We set up a folding table in the open kitchen for more dining space. The 3 bathrooms were great with plenty of towels for daily showers and plenty of hot water! “Perfectly appointed three bedroom cottage with a wonderful deck and large pier. The grandchildren loved jumping and floating in the water. Kelly, our host, was in frequent contact to ensure our stay was going well. I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely cottage.”

“The location was great. It felt like you were completely isolated and not in a neighborhood. At first we thought being by the railroad tracks would be a headache but we honestly found it to not be a problem and enjoyed the train horn when it came by. The rules at the end of check out were not lengthy and super easy to do.”

“This is an ideal location for adults looking for a quiet getaway with a spectacular view, which peers down approximately 50' to the river which is accessible via steep cinder block stairs etched into the landscape. The well laid out cottage is very comfortable and close to restaurants and shopping. The cottage was also nicely appointed with cooking utensils and bathroom supplies. We had a great time! “The house was exactly as it looks in the photos. Very charming and clean. Also peaceful. Just be aware that the “2 twin beds in the common space” are the two (very hard) futons in the living room. My group was made up of seven 40-yr-old women and there was no way any of us could sleep on those things, so two of us ended up having to share one of the actual twin beds in a bedroom. I highly suggest taking an air mattress and your own pillows if you have more than 6 people over the age of 25!”

“I was pleased with the space. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the house was not great and the sheets had not been changed on the rollaway bed; there was dirt all over the bed.”

“Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The backyard has stunning views of the Tippecanoe River. My boys had so much fun fishing from their dock and they caught a lot of fish too. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. I really enjoyed relaxing in the hammock in the backyard while looking out at the river. We liked how the house is located close to Indiana Beach park, the bait shop and restaurants. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We're hoping to be back...
