“I haven’t been this far up north in a while so it was nice to experience each little town on the way up. Once my friend and I got there I noticed how peaceful and quiet the surroundings were. It was definitely a great place to spend a weekend enjoying the connections with friends and nature. ”

“The cabin was wonderful! communication with manager was good. It looked very recently remodeled with most items brand new. The game room was so fun. It was cold so we did not use the boat. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.”

“This was a dad and daughter fishing trip so we were looking for a place on a good fishing lake. This property delivered on our expectations. The cabin was cozy but had everything we needed. Very clean. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Great fish cleaning facility on site. Location is close to numerous services, ”

“We booked Cabin 2 for a weekend hunting trip and really enjoyed our experience. The staff was very accommodating when we needed to change our booking, and again when the weather caused us to check-in after regular hours. The resort is pet friendly, but our cabin was very clean and we couldn't tell if there had ever been a dog in there. The cabins feel like like actual cabins, not just impersonal sleeping rooms. We had a great time, and we're looking forward to booking again next year.”

“Great location, cabin was very clean and fairly spacious. There's no ac but having windows open and using block fans made it work well. There were tons of bugs around, but that's to be expected. Would definitely come back!”

“The tent cabin is really cute and was comfortable for a family of four. We used the sauna and also rented the boat for a couple of days. It is on the steep driveway, which isn’t a problem for us since our car is four-wheel-drive, but you will want to avoid driving to the bottom if you have a 2 Wheel Dr. car. Be aware that the lakefront is not swimmable because of high vegetation, but the lake itself is beautiful and great to take a boat on. Close to Grand Rapids and many other activities. ”

“We enjoyed our stay in this cozy little cottage. It had everything we could possibly need. It was very comfortable. Randy and Shannon were the perfect hosts. Upon our arrival, they helped us with our luggage. Randy even went so far as to have another person available to help my husband into the fishing boat. The fishing boat was clean and Randy did his best to find the good fishing spots. He knows where the fish are. We will definitely return.”

For those who want to have a camp fire, play shuffleboard, etc there are camp like amenities Local tap water has a lot of iron so recommend purchasing some drinking water”

“A cute place! Nice open kitchen, dining room, living room. Rooms are good size and beds are comfy. Outdoor space is a delight. Nice and private. Fun amenities and a perfect place to hang! ”

“Our stay was simply lovely at the Leech Lake cabin. We loved the rustic ambience with an amazing view. Skye was professional and so easy to work with. We hope to return again this fall. ”

“Overall the property was great. We got 4" of rain one day which I know is alot, but from that point on the property from the decks to the water was saturated with water coming up from the soil. After a couple days it began to smell bad, but that's what happens. ”
