Louisana Stay

Hotel was close to i10 and alot of eating places near by walmart a short drive away the room on the other hand was ran down floor was dirty shower was horrible fridge and microwave in room the property on the side of the room had very little lighting it was quiet and if its only for a quick nap i guess its okay but not for long term the bed was horrible uncomfortable to very thin pillows but the staff was very nice

The room was infested with roaches and staff didn't help me when I wanted to leave this place and never come back. The manager would never come out and speak with me about this problem.

Bugs in the room and bathroom front desk wouldn’t refund after looking at the room or move me. Bed sheets were dirty the bed was very uncomfortable.

Floors were extremely dirty, food or drink stains on the walls, dirty shower. 2 days i had to get my key reactivated. The Wifi was horrible. One of the 4 nights I had no hot water. People were loud hanging outside near my room drinking beer. If i wouldn't have paid for the 4 nights i would have left. This was a horrible experience. I will not return.

I asked for my room to be cleaned every 2 days and the whole week I was there wasn’t cleaned, management arguing by the room with staff member, and waking me up from my sleep next door I work night shift.

the hotel is dated. the hotel needs the let housekeeping when u renew the room. and when there will be work going on. i work nights. was woke up to move my vehicle. then room service came and told me it was time to check out. i had paid for more days. twice i was woke. then was woke up with repair. i had to move to another room. the kitchen light didn’t work and the light obver the end of the bed wouldn’t work. i did report it but no one has come to fix it.

There was no hot water so I couldn't take a shower the floors weren't sweet they had Kool-Aid or juice on them with food and it was just terrible when I pulled my sheets back to get in bed there's dirt on the sheets.
