“The only logical concern for this setup would be inconsiderate other guests that you have being loud or obnoxious at night, we are very lucky we did not have that. The king room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Owner was quickly responsive over text with any questions. Was nervous at first being our first time in Seattle but everything was great. So easy and great for the price. ”

“Our party of seven - four adults and two children was there for only one night. This property had plenty of room, was well furnished with older pieces, and all four bedrooms were more than adequate. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Access to downstairs two bedrooms and living area was via a fairly steep stairwell. Biggest issue was the lack of HVAC which made sleeping in the warm weather difficult, even with floor fans.”

“We had a wonderful stay with 6 adults and a 4 month old. There was a pack and play available which made travel much easier for us. The home is true to its pictures - well decorated and clean. The outdoor space is beautiful as well and we saw 3 deer on the property. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. Christian and Melinda are very communicative and quick to fix any issues. ”
