Great VRBO, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and perfectly located. You can walk to everything from the VRBO! Would stay again!

Lake George Family Vacay 2023

We had an amazing family vacay, the Herron House was beautiful and comfortable for my entire family x5 generations❤️ We celebrated my dad’s (Grampa) 83rd birthday…so many beautiful memories we shared! Just a short walk downtown!

Christmas time 2022

Large property that could fit our party of 9. Pet friendly is a plus. We have requested banquet table for Christmas dinner and it was provided. Home is located near the highway and it's a bit noisy when cars are passing. Luckily there were not many cars passing during Christmas time. We didn't expect to be a ghost town. Nothing was opened other than 2-3 restaurants that opened up after Christmas :(. Lake is beautiful and walking distance to all its a great plus. This place is more summer/spring place than winter. We have skied/snowboard at Gore Mountain resort and that was great resort! Overall good stay wish be more inviting during Christmas i am sure there is more going on in January .....

A great option for a family or group !

A clean, modern and roomy house right in the middle of Lake George village. 3 minute walk to the lake. Great kitchen, with modern appliances and plenty of room to cook and eat. Flat-screen TVs throughout the house, allowing for people to spread out and enjoy their activity of choice. Large, comfortable beds . Modern bathrooms and showers Seamless check-in process.

Great access to LG Village

If you're looking for some place that gives you great access to Lake George Village without having to get in your car at all, this is the place. Walking distance to everything. Great patio in the front to watch foot traffic and chat with other vacationers. Very well appointed kitchen, good sized bedrooms. It was a very hot week and I didn't quite understand from the listing that not all bedrooms had AC so it was uncomfortable. The property manager was accommodating and got us a few fans which helped a bit.

Great location !

Been going to lake George for 30 years Beat location ever However would have given 5 stars if listing mentioned There is only air conditioning in some of the rooms Master on main floor does not have ac it got very hot and windows don’t have screens Only complaint i have to give

Fantastic!

Booked this for my 30th birthday with close friends and we had a fantastic time! Walking distance to everything in downtown. We were able to grill and hang by the fire. Plenty of room and comfy beds!

GREAT LOCATION, VERY CLEAN

We loved our stay, the house is beautiful and very clean, beds VERY comfortable. A couple of the bedrooms don't have closets which caused a small issue for us as we were there for a wedding (a couple hooks would have been nice). Also, no hangers in the closets that they did have. We left a bunch of hangers that we got from a local man --- hopefully they kept the hangers for future groups. We would love to return --- we had a very lovely time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Location location location

This fully redone house was amazing. The master suite and bathroom was that of a luxury new home and the other 4 bedroom/sleeping areas were perfect for our group. The 3.5 baths were essential for the large group of guys. New kitchen/appliances and great patio/firepit rounded off a wonderful stay. As far as location, this place is directly in the middle of all the restaurants, breweries, bars, lake activities and a simple 5 min walk to everywhere. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Absolute best place to stay in Lake George for large groups

Very spacious, great location, plenty of parking, pet and family friendly with pack n play and high chair! There were 14 of us, 10 adults 21+ and 4 children 5-10 years of age. So much space, large bedrooms, so kid & pet friendly, love that the bedrooms are so far apart from the kitchen & living room, plenty of outdoor room for doggy use, carport, also liked the two front entrances, awesome location for food and activities, loved that the driveway is SO big and wide (we had 4 vehicles; mid-sized cars and SUVs and more could have fit!) Also the salt bucket outside was a really awesome. The fact that there was plenty of room in the bedrooms to actually walk around with the pack n play was awesome. It’s the worst when you have to squish it into one side of the room. Comfortable beds and loved how quiet it was upstairs even when the majority were being loud downstairs. Quiet enough for multiple adults to complete grad work while others were playing board games and watching the super bowl downstairs. 4 good sized bathrooms definitely a huge plus. TV in every room with smart setup to log into streaming channels. The fire pit in the front was easy to use and kept us warm outside in near freezing temperatures. Great sized fridge for groceries, a coffee maker, dish washer, washer, dryer. The location is perfect for walking around Lake George. Walking distance to the Ice Castles and Winter Carnival. Communication was professional, kind, and prompt! She allowed us to check in a few hours early without a fee, so we could go sledding before dark (location 6 minutes from the Lake George Recreational Center with an extremely fun, surprisingly large sledding hill!). Check-in was very easy and the code always worked. This house made us want to come back in the summer too because it is so close to Great Escape! We will definitely be rebooking when we plan our next family trip in the summer. Worth every penny!
