"Everyone was quite helpful. The newest part of the hotel is quite nicely done with an over the top rooftop spa - sauna - pool - and relaxing rooms. It makes this stop an opportunity for chilling and relaxing. My room was in the older section of the hotel and while it was clean and well cared for, it's a contrast to the updated section. They served a most excellent breakfast buffet. The dinner was traditional local food and very good quality. "

"The hotel is situated perfectly for walking into the small town of Alpbach or for setting off on one of the many possible mountain hikes in the area. "We had a great experience here. We utilized the train system and its within walking distance to the hotel. Roughly around 10 min walk. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful I. Giving recommendations on where to eat and shop. That area, is also walking distance from the hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. "

"Love staying here and always enjoy my visit! My only concern this time is that the hot water heater for tea/coffee in the room was very old and was shedding plastic inside the pot when water was heated. That urgently needs to be replaced!"
