Very impressed with the accomodation. Just a couple of suggestions 1.Cusions needed on the sunbeds round the pool. 2. Rooms on the upper floors could do with a couple of chairs on the balcony.

Perfect Solo Getaway
Thank you for the kind hospitality.. Felt very welcomed when first arrived. Everything was smooth and fast. Staff there were friendly and always there when you need them. The room was definitely clean and neat. Perfect location. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend Arch Studio! Not forgetting, its surrounded by lotsa food and a great foot reflexology opposite. It a must have and must try! Overall, Perfect!

I could not have chosen a better place to stay for a few days in Langkawi! These rooms are directly across the street from the Oceanarium (gotta go there!) and a fabulous beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping here too. But I have to brag about the clean modern rooms, the extremely friendly staff and the posh comfy beds. Management is on its way to becoming Eco-friendly certified, using on-demand water heaters in their rain head showers, and clean refillable glass bottles of water instead of plastic, along with many other thoughtful touches. Bravo Arch Studios! I'll be back!

I like the features of the hotel coz its relatively new. Bad things abt the hotel is that construction is going on and disturbs the sleep as early as 9 am. No in room telephone, so u gotta use ur own phone if u need any room service but u didnt use any. Tv has only youtube and netflix and connection damn slow. No breakfast. However, hotel provides complimentary breakfast but its not a wow kinda breakfast. Room was invaded on the first day of stay, didnt know that there is a sign behind the window if u wish to get ur room clean or not. Ammenities. No comb provided. And hairdyer. Distance of Tv and bed is so far. Not suitable for smokers. So if u wanna smoke, need to go outside. So for those who wants privacy i guest this hotel is not suitable for u. No designated parking lots for hotel guest. But u can park ur car outside the hotel along the pathway. Overall stay was ok.

We took the king studio. Room is very clean and well-decorated. They even have turn-down service. While we're there, they provided breakfast for free. This property is next to the food trucks. Easy access to food and also souvenirs and beers.

Great comfortable rooms beautifully designed and thought out. Location is awesome to the main tourist hub and a walk across the road to the beach! The property have clearly addressed the signage issue as mentioned in other reviews as it was easy to find the property. The staff were very welcoming and kind even letting me have a very late check out so I could enjoy the day in Langkawi and shower/use the room facilities before a late night flight. Although the rooms are not completely sound proof and and you can hear other guests this did not take away from the fantastic stay at Arch Studio Cenang. Thank you!

Property was a bit hidden from Main Street, but the unit itself was very new and very well designed. I didn’t have any issue locating the office, but during my stay there was a couple that thought the check in counter was out in the corridor where renovation is in progress. Maybe an extra signage or directional sign. Everyone in the management team was very friendly, including the lady the clean the room. Top notch :) But if u hv issue with stairs, you might want to rethink as the bed is located on a mezzanine floor. The property do not have pool or gym. But if u r in Langkawi, u should be on the beach and be exploring the countryside. So I don’t see that as an issue. The property is on one end of the popular Cenang beach area, which is not an issue. Lots of eateries close by. Plus it’s not that far to walk from one end to the other.

Arch Hotel truly is a tourist attraction on its own. It’s stylishly designed, extremely clean, located in a super central area in Chenang. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We loved our stay in arch hotel so much that we ended up spending a lot of our time resting in the hotel! We’ll be back in langkawi again next time and will definitely stay at Arch hotel again. Hopefully, next time round, we can motivate ourselves to spend more time outside the room!

Love the location of the hotel, but it can be abit confusing to find on the 1st attempt. I went round twice by car and twice by foot before finding the hotel. Condition and service is good but need abit of improvement to the shampoo and soap quality. Don’t really like the shampoo and soap. Happy with my stay

Great location as it is within a short walking distance to everything you'll need (Beach, 24h convenience store, ATM, duty free and etc). Had an amazing stay with friendly staff. Really felt like we hit the jackpot with this property!

Clean and Spacious Accommodation. Staff is very kind that allow us early check in and help to keep our bags. The accomodation is walking distance to the Cenang Beach, great beach and it is right opp the Langkawi UnderWater World. We had enjoyed our stay. The Address given is slightly away from the exact location. A tips for other travellers, it would be best to pin the address on the chapter suites & hotel. It will be a more accurate drop off.

This property was great! So close to all the action, they also provide water sports activities which you can book through them. The two guys who manage the property (Nash & Momo - I hope I spelt that correct) were amazing! They took care of my girlfriend and I so well. I had to leave a day early and they took of my girlfriend really well after I left too. The room itself was beautiful! The walls are really thin but it wasn’t really an issue for us as we are both heavy sleepers. Truly very beautiful place and beautiful staff who take the time to ensure you’re enjoying yourself and all your needs are catered to! Thanks for having us guys!
