“We really wanted to love this place, but we had some issues. First, we had a really hard time finding it. Owner was very responsive when I reached out, but it’s not marked at all. The house is very hot (we were there during a heatwave), there is no air con or fans in the house. Owner suggested opening windows and closing blinds - but no air got in and there is a lot of noise from the main road. Couldn’t leave the windows open because the bugs were crazy too. “The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. We were only 3 but the villa could accommodate up to 6 persons without any problem. The villa is fully equipped and has a very good internet connection with WiFi in all rooms. The kitchen is very functional. Bathroom are ok however during our stay we have had to wait a few minutes before having hot...

“Für Architekturfans ein Bijou à la Corbusier. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren 8 Freunde und haben uns in den grosszügigen Räumen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist toll. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Die Boulangerie und die Boucherie sind sehr zu empfehlen.Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern ist die Villa nicht ideal (wertvolles Interieur).”

You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back to stay here next year.”
