We were given two towels one hand towel. Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. No extra blankets. No housekeeping. There was a sink to wash dishes but no sponge or kitchen towel. Road noise was horrible. Windows did not lock we had bars to put in the windows. No coffee pot but there was a French press. On the last day there was no internet. We did not reach out to staff because they never answered about the towels. Very small but perfect for my husband and I. Queen size bed and a large bathroom with soaking tub. We stayed for 5 nights and had to call for towels, toilet paper and for the trash to be emptied. We never saw a maid or hotel staff. There was not a hotel office. Everything was electronic. Check-in and check out. The hotel looks shady from the outside but our room was quite nice. The rooms did not have a refrigerator but there was a community fridge in the walkway. The hot tub didn’t have water in it. The room is overall very nice, but definitely has an old school charm with not many renovations done to things like the shower and heating/ AC but both still work wonderfully. It was in the mid 80s in the room when we got there and we only survived the night with a fan and windows open. Which then made it noisy in the morning. Weird smears on the bathroom walls. I chose the pay at the property option because I was splitting the room cost with someone and wanted to put it on a different card when I checked and was charged in the morning before I got there on my card. No one here to check in with and was just sent a door code. I came there on a work trip by myself, but it would definitely be something. I would love to bring my wife to. Love the smell of a newly remodeled room love the extra big bathtub since the downside was the hot tub was empty and not working, which was a plus if you were construction at the end of the day! I would have stayed elsewhere.
