"This hotel is a must for anyone visiting Amsterdam! The location is ideal near the Leidseplein ( 1 block) right on several tram lines and a 5 minute walk from the Risksmuseum. The bloom market is three blocks away. The staff was wonderfully helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. The coffee lounge was clean and welcoming with afternoon pastries. Just outside was a stop for evening canal boat rides. I wholeheartedly give this an excellent rating."

"Very unique place. The location and view were perfect. The 4 flights of stairs were brutal. They have a plumbing issue going on and there was a very bad smell coming from the drains. We covered the drains with towels to dampen the stench. My wife and I had the main bedroom and daughter had the loft bedroom which was nice. A 5 minute walk to Rembrandt square were all the restaurants and bars are located and tram stop."

"Breakfast was substantial but very busy. They were quick to refill in the breakfast area bot so much at the bar area. We faced an alleyway which had two party areas. The thumping music was very loud. A good 15 min. Walk to free ferry to city. The staff was very helpful in assisting you. The room was clean but bed could have been made up and fresh towels everyday. They only come I to your room every 2 days. In general pleased with the accommodations for what we paid."

"Our experience was wonderful. Start to finish even difficulties with an unexpected “maintenance issue “. Was addressed with professionalism and the offer of a late checkout to make up for the inconvenience of being unable to access the tub water the night prior as well as some of the room service items/items from the Buffet Breakfast that required gas which was still unavailable at the point we wanted it.. We benefitted from a local Rikshaw E bike driver from I Am Bike Taxi - Lets ride https://www.iambiketaxi.com Best driver was named Bobby and turned out to be the best experience. I would recommend advertising them within the building travellers from Canada and other jurisdictions greatly appreciate choice as well as the practical solution to addressing the lack of access by Car or The extra time it takes to get to the same. Also, they are incredibly fun and knowledgable about the City provided us much information about where to go and what was going on.. truly a bonus at roughly €10 a head per trip. Often we would take the Rikshaw in One Direction and then walk back knowing how to do so. The hotel was accommodating and clean request are attended and the complementary white bar with soda, beverages, and water was appreciated. Overall, one of the best Hotel experiences to Date? wonderful concept with the art deco and so apartment size the Jr suite I can imagine any of the other rooms being similar if not superior.."

"A great Central place to stay to visit tourist attractions. Appreciated the choc chip cookies upon arrival. When leaving we made a couple of comments to reception which were received well. 1. The cooked breakfast was cold as the plates were cold and also the food. 2. We had order drinks from the bar, the bar attendant took the order then proceeded to chat for ages with a blonde at the bar and was still talking to her after I visited the loo and STILL no drinks. We left and mentioned this to him upon leaving. Other than that the hotel was good."

"Located next to Sloterdijk Station, it's only two stops and a little over ten minutes from the airport, and easy to get anywhere in the city on the transit system.
