This non-smoking house has central heat/air. 1 mile to Ag Expo center, 5 miles to bread of life, 27 miles to lake Cumberland, 30 mins to Danville and only 1/4 mile for liberty’s Apple festival. The space This is a 980sqft 2 bed, 1 bath home. Small kitchen table for 4 but could comfortably sleep more with 2 full beds, 1 twin and a pull out couch. Cameras facing front and back door for extra light and security, video only. I was excited to find this property because it was in the same town where my family lives. So WIN-WIN right off the bat. Then we get there.. and the property exceeded ALL of my expectations. The pictures are accurate. All the rooms were beautifully decorated, more then ample space for my two sons and I (one of who has autism and we definitely appreciated having the space for him to stim/pace without bothering anyone). It has two bedrooms with great beds, a pleasant living room, a nice kitchen with numerous thoughtful conveniences. Everything is new and in excellent shape. The house is beautifully decorated. If we were closer we would go to Liberty for vacations just to stay in this house. The location was easy access to the sale. Communication was very good with Brian.
