“My son and I stayed here on a spring break trip. The location was a 5 min walk from the USS Constitution, a 10 min walk to Bunker Hill and a 20-30 min walk to the North End. However because we were on a boat in a marina there was zero traffic noise and that combined with the rocking motion of the houseboat meant I slept extremely well. Bonus: we were visited on several days by a pair of ducks who would hang out on the patio with us. Got to love a vacation home that comes with pets! Downsides?...

“This houseboat has it all!! Great interior setup. Lots of huge windows. Location to die for. Fully stocked kitchen. Awesome upper deck sitting area to watch the sunrise with coffee or sunset before heading to dinner. A bed that i could actually sleep well in... might have been the gentle rocking. Did i mention the incredible location!! Easy walking distance, minutes, to everything from great restuarants, attractions, parks, everything!! And you have to try the breakfast sandwiches at Sunny Girl...

“If reading the VRBO ad it indeed notes a kitchenette…. In reality, there is no heating devices of any kind allowed on the boat per owners insurance. This includes a toaster or electric grill. We brought food for dinner but were unable to cook anything as the grill on the dock was out of gas. We did go out nightly for dinner but we were looking forward to a dinner or 2 at home with the grandchildren. The boat and host otherwise was great! Jon was interactive and knowledgeable.”

“Our stay on the Little Pearl was wonderful. It was a very quick walk to the USS Constitution and Bunker Hill, which put us right on the Freedom Trail. We chose not to rent a car and we were able to get around just fine using public transit and LYFT. There's a Dunkin' and a 7-Eleven a short walk away to grab quick and easy breakfasts to take back to the boat and enjoy on the deck. We did not use the kitchen area at all, so I cannot speak to that. “La atención al cliente es PÉSIMA. Ningún colaborador es amable y hacen el mínimo esfuerzo posible por atender al cliente y hacerlo sentir confortable. Deberían de mseorar su servicio. No tuvimos internet durante 3 días, tardaron mucho en resolverlo. Ofrecen limpieza con costo adicional pero tienen muy poca disponibilidad para hacer las reservas, lo cual hace problemático tener limpio tu cuarto (aún si estás dispuesto a pagarlo). En cuanto a ubicación, excelente.”
