“The hotel was easy to find, being opposite the Railway Station and therefore an easy walk into the city centre. Car parking on site. There was no noise from the road outside and I could see the sea in the distance from my bedroom. Excellent cooked breakfast !”

“Delightful stay at Victoria House. Jan, the owner, was extremely hospitable, giving us plenty of helpful information about the area, alternative parking places when not being able to park outside the property and how everything worked at Victoria House. Back of property attached to city wall and view of Menai Strait. Fresh milk, snacks, fridge and microwave in room, with lovely Port Merion crockery. Large lounge and dining area for guests downstairs with invitation to bring food or take aways...

“This is a lovely hotel that has been converted from opd miner's cottages into modern rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean although a little on the small side if you have a lot of luggage. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the town and the bus stop outside is handy for the sherpa bus. Unfortunately the lake view is now almost obscured by trees across the road. Amy was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and is always available. I would definitely recommend this...

“Fantastic 5 star private hotel everything rooms carpets in fantastic new condition Room 12 second floor big luxury room with massive double bed big bay window with unrestricted view over the bay fantastic sea view you can see Criccith Castle to the right and black sand beach to the left room 12 is well worth the additional £20 a night. Large well cooked and presented quality Welsh breackfast. Owners very helpful and sociable. Licences Bar, Free parking. All for £150 per night excellent highly...
