"It is across the street from target field so incredibly convenient for a twins game. If you can’t get tickets, you can sit on the 18th floor, observation deck, and watch the game from the hotel!"

"Lovely old property. Not loaded with amenities but just fine for a work stay. Only negative was the bed, mattress should have been replaced long ago. Otherwise, would definitely stay again. "

"Hotel was ok. Restaurant was a mixed bag. The gentleman working was amazing, but the food was mid and institutional. Room was weird. It was a nice looking, but generic hotel room. Furniture was uncomfortable and beds were too firm. Pillows were like sand bags. The bathroom was fine. The televisions were meh.
It felt like the room isn’t meant to be hung out in, in anticipation of expecting guests to be doing something outside of the hotel and then just sleeping at the hotel only. "

"I thought this hotel was really nice! Spacious and clean rooms, very kind front desk staff, and the parking garage across the street was easy to navigate and not very full so parking was easy and safe. Breakfast options were some of the best I've seen for a free hotel breakfast! They also have a parking lot connected if you wish to use that space as well once you've checked in, but we just used the garage. Construction around the area was a bit of a pain to navigate but that's not a reflection of the hotel whatsoever. We stayed there to go to a convention in the convention center which was very conveniently only a 3 minute walk away! Thanks again! "
"The issue I had was with Hotels.com itself. I didn’t receive a confirmation email regarding my reservation. The app said I didn’t have a reservation so I made a second reservation. Again, the app said I didn’t have one and I didn’t receive a confirmation email. When I checked in, I had two reservations. I couldn’t talk to a person to rectify the issue. "

"Beautiful building and very clean, modern apartment. Right across street from Target Field and reasonable walk to downtown and North Loop restaurants.
Only complaint: keypad on lobby entry door either not sensitive enough or too sensitive - lots of retry’s needed. On the other hand keypad on room door worked every time."
"Last minute couples trip to Twins game. Hotel is very close to Target Field/Center and close to several great bars/restaurants. Hotel staff was helpful and professional. Valet parking was a little pricey ($55 per night) but convenient and easy. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again."
"The staff was phenomenal, going above and beyond. Really loved the night bartenders, especially Stacy Kelly and Krystal. Vance on the late night shift was amaizing. The security and the bellhop on both shifts were so kind and helped us with everything. The gentleman Julius at the front desk monday night around midnight was great and so much fun. Thank you to all the staff, you we're all amazing and made our anniversary 100× better thank you. We give a special thanks to the door greeter that we saw the few days we were there. Also those lounge ladies were on point. Only downside was parking and we already piad for the room and got charged doulble. But the staff was AMAZING Thank you all did to make sure me and my wife's anniversary was awesome. Ps. None of the staff new that it was our anniversary, i could only imagine if they knew."
