I begrudgingly had to stay at this hotel as I had long days at a training there and just needed a place to put my head down. The room is fine, but the towels had a yellow stain on them when I arrived. My window also faced the parking lot, so had to keep my curtains closed the whole time for privacy. Previously my room faced the pool and had to keep curtains closed for the same reason. The location is just off the highway, so there is not much in regards to finding decent places to eat or walk around. During our training we had a private room to practice in and could here the sounds of another guest blasting music in their room as if they were hosting a rave. I was woken again in the middle of the night by the strong base of music. Previously, there was issues with hockey teams running amok late at night and banging on doors, as well as the hotel starting construction next to my room at 8:30 am on a Sunday morning. Understandably, the hotel staff are not responsible for the noise, but they do nothing to intervene to ensue the rest of the guests have a pleasant experience. I would recommend other hotels in the area.
