“The hotel was in a great location, 2 minutes walk to Ben Thanh supermarket. I arrived passed midnight but the night staff was super friendly and helpful in every way with bringing the luggage in the room after checking in and gave me a lot of recommendations around the area. The morning staffs was great too but the night services guy was the best one! This is probably one of best services hotel I stayed in and definitely will be back here if I want to stay in the central in Saigon.

“No daily housekeeping as it’s stated in the apartment description. It’s every three days. The mean issue was the bathroom, the smells and no hot/warm water to shower. There was some warm water only in the first day. I tried it in the morning, afternoon and at night but no luck. Took cool shower which wasn’t that bad, but the bathroom smell was horrible. The internet was good with a big smart TV. They provided two big gallons of water which it’s plus considering I drink lots of water. ”
