“Perfect place for our family when we came up to visit our son for Family Weekend at CU Boulder. The rental unit is well appointed and so beautiful. Beds were super comfortable and I was happy to be able to cook meals for my family and hang out all together. You are outside of town but it is a quick drive in to downtown Boulder. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.”

“This house was perfect for our group of 7 knitters (8th person cancelled). We are all ‘over 40’ and our goal is to relax in comfy quarters for several days and rejuvenate while knitting and laughing. Since Covid, everyone really prefers their own room so finding a home with 8 bedrooms was just what we wanted, Stairs are difficult for some but we made it work. I can’t think of anything we needed that we could not find. The area has decent restaurants and I am sure shopping - but we never left to...

“It was a very pleasant stay at this property m, th hour had everything as described in the listing plus some small extra commodities provided in the bathroom and the kitchen. Didn’t get bother at all by owner as it is the back house. Only thing that need to be fixed is the WiFi signal that was a little weak.Also the house lock master takes a little bit of time to understand.”
