Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 single beds) (1 single bed) (1 160x200 bed), bathroom (bathtub) and wc. Basement with laundry room. 2 south-facing terraces of 80 and 12 m², Large enclosed landscaped grounds of 1000 m² including a small year-round rental at the rear (1 person) completely separated from the gîte and accessible by another private entrance. OUTDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL 7mx3.5m available from May to the end of September. Electric gate to access the garden and the house. Electric charging station available. (paid) 800 meters from the port of Perros-Guirec, in a residential area, Gîte le Cèdre Bleu offers comfortable services with beds made on arrival and towels included, in a very pleasant setting: you will appreciate the landscaped garden enclosed with a portico and a ping pong table to the delight of children. You will choose this cottage ideally located to discover the magnificent Côte de Granit Rose, Trégastel, Trébeurden, Ploumanach, Perros with its family beach of Trestraou, near the Casino which is only 2.5 km away.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est très agréable et la piscine chauffée est vraiment la cerise s le gâteau. Le vis à vis avec les voisins est un peu dommage même si ils restent très discrets. L’emplacement est idéal, très proche du port de perros guirec. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
