“The Oak is a beautifully restored home that was welcoming and inviting. We had 7 adults on our trip to SXS at Windrock and this place was perfect. The kitchen was stocked for our cooking needs and the living room had plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed the front porch during sunset and coffee time. We would definitely go back. Shawn was always available if needed. Check in and out was a piece of cake! Definitely recommend The Oak!”

“We really enjoyed staying at his property. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is just as pictured in the photos, and I think the surrounding property/grounds is even better within the photos. If you're flying into Knoxville airport, it's in a perfect location, about 23 minutes from the airport, and just a few minutes from the Smokies (maybe 15 mins). The host, Amy, is super friendly and gracious.”

“Beautiful little farmhouse with everything I needed for my visit to Townsend. Well-decorated and stocked. Loved the patio for early morning coffee, and the private river access. Very close to all that Townsend has to offer, and convenient to the National Park and Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Price Farms. The hosts were very kind and communicative. They answered all of our questions prior to our trip and they let our kids and grandkids "play" with the animals. They even let them bottle feed calves. The home was exactly as described. If we ever need a place to stay in the area again, we will definitely stay there. Very cozy”

“The Yellow Farmhouse was a perfect place for all of our family to gather to help celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK. It was clean, spacious enough and has the best porches to relax on. We were about 15 minutes to campus and east of UTK. The house is very clean and has a full stocked kitchen. Bonus, they had chickens and fresh eggs! Michelle is a great host and responds quickly and very helpful. We would rent again! 5 stars all around!”

“The pictures really don't do this house justice. The master bedroom / bathroom were HUGE! As well as the rest of the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved it. The location was quiet and it was refreshing to see the neighborhood kids outside playing and selling lemonade. You are outside town to have the country feel but close enough for quick travel to the stores. We would definitely stay again.”

“This cabin is exactly as described. We were pleasantly surprised when we drove up at how big it was. The cabin is very nice and was very clean. Mia is great to work with. Communicates very quickly. The suite downstairs is wonderful. Large bed that was very comfortable. The steps are very steep to get down there but the room is so nice. The kitchen is very well stocked. The hot water lasts forever which is nice when you have four people there. The hot tub was so nice after a long day of hiking....
