“I loved that old cottage and am glad it is in good use. It's nicely furnished and the village where it is situated is delightful. Two negatives were the dog smell in the lounge and poor state of plants in pots. While the dog smell is probably unavoidable as dogs are allowed, the dead plants brought about a depressing impression. Being a gardener, I tried to look after the remaining plants and had to transplant one huge heuchera plants that was literally hanging in the air as its pot was……

Easy access to Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Paignton with Goodrington being dog friendly and also not too far away. Accommodation itself was clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. “A last minute stay was made so comfortable in Adam’s cabin. Quite, warm, spotlessly clean in a location that made walking to see my daughter and access to the town centre so easy. Adam was very prompt in replying to questions and very accommodating when I had to change my visit at the last minute. Would stay again.”

“The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.”

“Just perfect. A beautiful cottage in a quiet location. Decorated to a high standard with pretty much everything you will need for a memorable stay. Beds were very comfortable with fluffy pillows and cosy duvet. Smart TV and strong WiFi reception. Not only would I recommend, but I've already rebooked! Dog friendly too! ”
