“We were a little disappointed with our stay . It was impossible to hang clothes in the wardrobe in Bedroom 1 as it was stacked high with bed linen . Also a lot of bed linen in other wardrobe . The fan in one of the bathrooms was not working resulting in a lot of condensation on the floor making it very slippery . The canisters which may have held tea and sugar were empty . The name on the lockbox has faded . On the plus side it was a great location ”

“Had a lovely stay in Smugglers cottage despite the wet weather but were very comfortable to stay inside when needed . Great location to all the amenities on offer in Dartmouth. Apartment very well equipped and modern . Shower a little difficult to adjust but maybe due to water pressure ? Perhaps an electric shower might help ? Will certainly be back again 😊”

“Very cozy cottage, well equipped, very quiet area. 5 min walk to a local pub - food and drink. Lots of small villages with local shops (bakers, butchers, delis, etc.) to explore close by. Lot of walking trails. Parking was easy. Check in and out were simply and without hassle.”

“Had a lovely time away in this comfortable cottage. Super clean, had everything you needed, would highly recommend. Lovely decor. Location was great as close to many places we visited.”

“The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.”

“I now can't remember how many times we've stayed in the lighthouse apartment at Sunnybeach, but this was the latest in a long line of visits, and once again didn't disappoint. We arrived early on the first day, after a now very familiar drive from North Bucks, dumped the car in the on-site car park and set about the business of walking for 2mins to the main street and having a pint and some lunch, followed by a quick 5min stroll to the pier because, well, you have to, it's the seaside. “We booked with 24 hours notice and have to say it was immaculate. Host were friendly and welcoming. We had everything we needed and such a comfortable bed. Not slept so well for years! Definitely visiting again”

“As perfect as previous years and the fact that the Christmas tree is up despite it still being the last weekend in November is a lovely treat and thanks to Steve & Tina for doing that. I will be booking for 2026!”
