“When we walked in the room at 9.45pm the room was freezing cold, we found the radiators and turned the heating on but at 11pm the heating went off and didn’t come on again until the morning which meant we was cold all night. The decor in the bathroom on one side was dated and the towel rail had come away from the wall.. but everything was clean and presented very nicely.
