“I know how important review ratings are, so I don’t want to leave something negative, however I know how important reviews are and I don’t want anyone else to show up with their family and be scared either. The most important thing I want to note is that i feel like you need to make sure you arrive during the day time hours because we arrived at 11 pm and our kids were truly scared since you have to walk in thru a kind of creepy basement area (where bedroom #1 is).
