“This place is not glitzy at all but is homey and has what we needed to be comfortable and more. Love the outdoor shower, easy access to the neighborhood beach, and well equipped kitchen. Neighbors treated us like we belonged there! Scott was available for anything we needed like beach advice, barbecue skewers, and figuring out little quirks of the cottage. Would definitely stay here again!”

“I came for a conference and did not want to stay at the hotel ,boy did I make the right choice ! This cottage is absolutely charming and quiet,well stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful time! We cooked outside most nights and enjoyed different beaches every day. Lava Lava Beach club and the Hale bar at the Fairmont were really nice and both close to the water. We will definitely be back ! Thank you for sharing this wonderful property!”

“If you want to stay where you'll experience the open expansiveness that is the Big Island, then this unique unit is your ticket. Located on the sloping plane between Waimea and the coast, you'll be minutes away from civilization yet out on the open ranching grasslands with a spectacular view of the water... Check-in couldn't have been easier, Yumi was swift to respond to any communications, and the building itself is one-of-a-kind. I'd definitely go back.”

“Well equipped, and clean condo (we got a three BR, two level) with sliders to back patio table and recliners overlooking beautiful surrounding grounds, a golf course (which our family golfers said was great), a community infinity pool/jacuzzi a short walk away, small open air gym and bbq area with 6 grills for use near the pool area. Only issue was transportation to condo from check-in office in shopping center which is within 5 minute walking distance, but difficult if walking with luggage. ...
