Discover this charming holiday home in Mali Lošinj, perfect for families and couples seeking a relaxed holiday! The cosy 45 m² accommodation offers space for up to 3 people and features a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed and an additional sofa bed.

The apartment is equipped with all essential amenities. A fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine allows you to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures during summer months, while central heating provides warmth in winter.

Enjoy the outdoor areas with a charming balcony and a fenced plot of 400 m². A highlight is the barbecue area, perfect for cosy evenings outdoors. Upon request, up to 4 boat moorings are available. Good news for pet lovers: One pet is allowed, and smokers can also relax during their holiday.

The location is ideal: Only 20 metres from the beach, 400 metres from the supermarket, and 2.5 km from the city centre. A free parking space directly at the building completes the offer. WiFi and satellite TV provide additional comfort during your stay.

Great Location just outside Mali Losinj

We took advantage of this lovely location to explore both Cres and Losinj. A bit of a walk into Mali Losinj so we drove and parked for dinner in town or just enjoying the marina area. Parking on the property is ample and easy to access. This was a final week of a three week trip in Croatia and the washing machine was key for us. The layout of the apartment is good for a couple. Thank you very much for hosting!
