This kid friendly condo is the perfect place for your Winter or Summer
vacation! It's conveniently located in town near Vons, shops, restaurants and
on the free shuttle line.
This condo has everything you need to make your little one comfortable! In
addition to being one level inside the condo (no stairs inside), the owner has
supplied a Graco pack 'n play and rocking chair (located in the living room),
and the condo is a nice half mile walk to the Mammoth Creek Park playground.
Moms could not be happier!!
The living room features a large 40" TCL Roku TV, DVD/VHS player, radio with
CD and cassette player, wood-burning fireplace and dining area with seating
for 6, with an additional 3 at the bar. This condo is just steps away from the
Horizons 4 complex hot tub, outdoor pool, recreation room (with pool table,
ping pong table and arcade games), tennis courts, and grassy area with two
large public gas grills. These amenities will surely keep your little ones
busy all day!
The master bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and private vanity with
sink. There is an alcove off the living room that has 2 Twin beds (perfect for
kids). This condo is a BIG Value! All guests receive complimentary full access
to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,
steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two
parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free
to call our office for alternative options. There is 1 step to this unit, 1
level inside, and no smoking is permitted. Wireless internet included. Our
calendar is updated in real time. Please Note: This property makes use of
