"Gave the stay as a gift to our daughter. Billed as B&B but they received two muffins when they arrived and some yogurt in the refrigerator. When they inquired about breakfast the next morning the desk gal replied, "you got it yesterday". No coffee, no other food, rather curt response. They were forced to eat at the local diner for breakfast and ended up spending $25 for breakfast on top of what we paid for the room. Very misleading."

"Check in was easy, kitchen facilities were all we needed, Wi-Fi access was easy, and it was easily accessible from the main road. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable especially the Futon and Master bed. Air conditioning was a wonderful luxury especially after being in the hot sun all day. Washer and Dryer were a great amenity after being away for a week. Easy access to near by Leonard Harrison State Park and Rails to Trails, as well as Wellsboro. "
"This historic hotel is charming in every way. The double beds are a little small as we know. Although the mattress was comfortable, it does tend to roll you to the middle. Pillows are comfortable. Everything is clean overall wonderful stay"

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was as described in the listing. It was well-equipped and comfortable. The views were great. The access dirt road was a little challenging for our 2013 van but we made it. Parking for two vehicles was tight and backing up before going forward down the exit road was also challenging. Otherwise, a great place to stay for a quiet vacation."
"The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable but the best part was the staff. Enel, at the front desk’ was very helpful when dealing with a third part booking issue. He also gave great restaurant recommendations. The waiter in the restaurant gave great service and Jon in the bar did as well. We would definitely stay there again."
