"Dreadful should be taken off the web lies does not show the true awful shape the rundown hotel shows and the tenants and crowd was less than pleasant."

"Great location and everything is new and as advertised. Communication with hosts was perfect. Only nitpick is that it’s essentially one big room with the beds tucked away in corners. There’s a wall for some privacy but no doors"
"Good location in Five Points neighborhood, nice house layout, lots of , and nice modern kitchen. The condition and cleanliness of the rental did not meet my expectations. The exterior of the house was not well maintained, giving a poor initial impression of the overall experience. The interior was not well maintained either, paint was peeling from the doors, one bathtub was inoperative (no running water). The table in the sun room was filthy, one couch was old and very uncomfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was good, but all other beds were of poor quality. The kitchen was missing a toaster, and could have used more pots and pans (no strainer for pasta, etc.)."
