Razoável

Hotel razoável, apesar de não haver muitas opções na Praia do Francês. Os quartos são pequenos, as toalhas de baixa qualidade e os móveis ultrapassados. Pequenos insetos também visitam o lugar. Apesar das limitações, é funcional e bem localizado. O café da manhã é confuso, muita gente pra um espaço pequeno, mas apesar do ambiente pequeno, a comida servida é razoavelmente diversificada.

Na recepção tentei fazer upgrade do quarto, mas não verificaram se estava disponível, solicitei o mesmo quarto da minha reserva pela demora, também não estava pronto. Isso era 16:30h. O banheiro não tinha água na privada. Informamos a recepção, porém fizemos o check out e ninguém da manutenção apareceu. O hotel é maravilhoso, sempre fico hospedada, mas dessa vez tivemos essa falha grave da água no banheiro e a demora da liberação do quarto levando mais de 40 minutos no check in.

Ja me hospedei várias vezes no Ponta Verde Praia do Francês. Café da manhã e atendimento OTIMOS! Infelizmente agora estava em reformas no 1o andar, mesmo no domingo. Sou muito ALÉRGICA e o pó me fez mal. Nao fui avisada com antecedência. Certamente nao me hospedaria nesse periodo de obras. CHOVENDO MUITO.

O hotel é muito bem localizado! E o pessoal muito bem treinado! Afora isso, o hotel parou no tempo! Já me hospedei mais de 10 vezes e alguns aspectos, o hotel retrocedeu! O café da manhã era do nível do hotel! Hoje, muitos hotéis menores no Francês o superam e muito! Hoje o café da manhã está razoável! A programação oferecida pelo hotel é a mesma faz muito tempo! O hotel é beira mar, com quartos amplos, piscina agradavel, proximo da La Rue (rua com várias opções gastronômicas); estacionamento incluso na diaria. Na praia, há cadeiras e guarda sol disponiveis para os hospedes. Melhoraria apenas o cafe da manha, e colocaria mais tomadas nos quartos.
