We booked in here the night before we went to see the horse racing at Market Rasen. It was great. You had a lounge with sofa, coffee table, tv and at the other end was oven and electric rings. The bathroom had a shower and sink. Bedroom had a full sized double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. I was surprised at the size of the apartment (a lot bigger than I thought it would be). It is set in beautiful grounds with horses in the nearby fields, a lovely lake with an island. and surrounded by the beautiful countryside. We met the owner when we were leaving - a really lovely, friendly man. If we go back that way we will definitely book the apartment again. The self-catering apartment had everything we needed & was set in beautiful tranquil surroundings less than a 20-minute drive from Cadwell Park which we were driving to daily. Only very minor suggestion would be a blind on the front door & skylight as it got very light in the apartment from about 4am. We will definitely be returning next year. Lovely quiet spot. Self catering. Lake. Apartment itself worth easy the money charged. They don’t mention a tv on advertising but there is one.
