“We had such a fun week staying here. Beds were so comfy, house was clean, so nice having tubes at the place because our kids loved to go down to the tube chute and go over and over. “Just stayed two night. Right on the river very clean rooms. Only problem we had was check in the code didn't work had to call a couple of numbers before I got hold of someone. One of the guest rooms had a bunk bed. Pretty sure it was not all the screws are tighten squeak like crazy whenever u move on the top bunk. Other then those two items the place was great.”

“Great location! Right on the river and in town. Overall great place. Beds could have been more comfortable and the pull out beds in living room had a slight smell to them. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook. Bathrooms were nice. Outside patio was amazing to sit on and relax.”

“It was my daughter's 18th birthday. We floated the river all day Saturday. Then went to see a concert in the evening as well as dinner at a restaurant in Gruene Tx . The condo is large, clean and located in a great neighborhood in New Braunfels. We would definitely go again.”

“Our recent stay was wonderful! The entire process was easy and the condo was just like previous reviews stated. Great complex. We stayed during the week and it was quiet. My kids had the pool almost to themselves the entire stay. “Five women spent the weekend! The condo was clean and very comfortable! We were visiting a local friend and the location was close to her place. “The condo was perfect and everything in description was accurate. Only complaint was my 5'2" mom had a problem getting into the bed in master bedroom. It was a good laugh but bed was comfortable once she was able to get herself up (and stop laughing). Pool was clean and grounds were manicured. Will stay again.”
